Basically. I had to be willing to do the work. But the insights he gave me in the first program were very good. Another positive thing I have to say about Jeff Lerner is that he is an amazing communicator. On several occasions, he personally bent over backward to make sure that I was properly taken care of within his organization. Bas Wouters and Joris Groen have written a unique book. It’s unique because they blend Robert Cialdini's work on influence with BJ Fogg's work around habits to teach you scientifically proven ways to get more response in the online world. The response may be to your emails, getting people to visit your landing page, buy your product, or any number of other actions you want people to take.
The book may take you a while to read because, if you're like me, you'll frequently stop to review your emails and website to see how you might incorporate what you're learning from Bas and Joris.

The book is easy to read and has so many practical examples, including checklists and worksheets for specific types of marketing online. We used the book recommendations on a website, and the client increased conversions by 30%. We literally made 3 changes on their site and increased their revenue. Can't wait to use this work again and again.

As the name promise, this book applies behavioural science to the online selling process in a very practical manner. Do what they teach in this book, even if its just one chapter at a time, you will see good increases in online conversion.

Not a word wasted in this book. Every page explains and shows the webpage and email designs that will increase your sales and profits. I can't recommend this book enough. These people are experts at behavior.

A book that moves the needle

Incredible book full of practical things to do that really work, having already tried a couple that have already increased our conversions, I have to say I’m really impressed. I will spend next couple of months attempting to implement what I’m learning.
There is such a lot though, I think I might have to do their course. These guys are clearly masters of their craft and with their guidance I think I could become an online influence master.
Great book guys thank you for the pictures and check lists they are awesome.
