I’m going to be honest…
Many times, whilst doing these podcast interviews, I’ve wanted to reach for a pen and paper and selfishly take some notes for my own business.
Only once before have I actually done that. And today is number two.
I’m not exaggerating when I say, the content in this one is pure gold. Inspirational and motivating? Yes, of course.
But, above all...practical.
I’ve built multiple 8-figure businesses with outsourcers, as you know. But even I felt like I had a lot to learn whilst listening to Nathan today.
This podcast is for you if…
...you have dreams and aspirations of building a large digital business that will need staffing. OR if you already have a successful business and you’re looking to scale and manage more effectively.

Another home run for Steve Scott

I've got to admit upfront I'm not ready to outsource a lot of my writing business. Not yet anyway. I do use Fiverr a lot for designing my book covers, and for running Facebook and Twitter campaigns for book marketing. Steve nails it when he says you want to order multiple gigs. They're are some really talented workers on Fiverr, who will get it right every time. And, there are others who deliver crap, or miss deadlines and who can followup your project if you're on a tight time schedule, like promoting a Kindle free book promotion.
With all of that said, what can you take from this book.
1) Steve lays out a very simple easy to use plan for integrating freelancers into you work life.
2) The book outlines 10 sites where you can find freelancers to outsource your projects to.
3) Just as importantly he tells you how to work with freelancers.
My thought, there's a lot of great information here for just 99 cents. Some of the ideas are bound to get your creative juices flowing, and help you discover where you may want to try outsourcing a project or two.

I can't get enough of Steve Scott's ebooks. This one, like all the others, is clear, concise and delivers on what it promises. There is no fluff, just actionable content. In this particular book, he details the exact method to build a winning team of freelancers. He recommends that once you've found a reliable pro, to stick with that person. Well, I found a winner with Steve Scott so I hardly bother with anyone else nowadays.

Outsourcing Mastery is the great work I've come to expect from Steve Scott. I never miss one of his titles as they are so chock full of useful information. Every paragraph is in Steve's books for a reason and you learn something on every single page. I'd encourage you to buy this one and then have a look at Steve's other work and snap those up too!
Great information, well organized with no filler fluff

These books are short well organized and to the point. A lot of books are much longer full of illustrations, stories, etc to make the book longer. Steve Scott doesn't do this. His books are short concise and full of great information.
One warning these books are like Lays Potato Chips, You are going to want them all.
Very useful if you want to start outsourcing your work

This is a very useful guide on how to outsource your work successfully. I would say that reading it and applying what you learned will halve the risk of trouble when you outsource for the first time.
If you can read only one business book this year, read this one

The author is an exceptional communicator and has produced a book that will reward you many times over. The presentation is well written and the content logically and concisely presented, yet substantial(I am a writer myself and know how hard this is to accomplish). I have read a lot of business books and am usually disappointed with the poor English, trivial content and haphazad presentation. Outsourcing Mastery is just the opposite -- it delivers and it doesn't waste the reader's time. I highly recommend this book and hope to read the other books by Steve Scott... and if he outsourced the writing of this book, he's even better than I think.

I'm not sure what I expected when I purchased this book, but it was a pleasant, informative surprise that has now become a reference publication for me.
Very thorough. The recommendations and cautionary advice were right on the money. In my opinion, this is a must read for anyone contemplating getting involved with outsourcing over the internet.
Right up my alley with with no puffery! Brief, concise and to the point!

I don't generally leave reviews, but this is top notch.
It gave a pretty clear outline of what tasks to outsource and how to go about doing it. This was exactly what I was looking for to help me fire myself from my own business, and I'm really glad I found it on the first try.
The best part of the book is the amazing amount of resources he gives, and even tips on how to use them effectively. I think the few dollars I spent on this will end up saving me thousands on down the line.

And the way to discover what to outsource and what not to is great.

This book is fabulous. It really gave me insight into how to identify freelancers and how to manage freelance projects. It also made me take a serious look at how to value my personal time and energy investment in my business. I am just starting out. I am thankful to "learn from the master" from the start so I don't have the endless learning curve that you get from going it solo and trying to be the maestro of everything. Thanks Steve.
