This is the practical, helpful book for anyone who thinks that any work-from-home scheme is just another scam. Or who has tried to make some extra income, perhaps to pay off bills, save for a vacation or even replace their income and buy their freedom from the 9-5 grind, only to be disappointed. And, possibly, hundreds or thousands of dollars poorer. Though enthusiastic and can-do spirit is here in abundance, there are no rose colored glasses. Ms Emma comes right out at the beginning and warns about the scams before plunging into all the legitimate opportunities she has found, given a test run, or thoroughly vetted. If you truly want a side gig - or even a new 'main' gig, if you're willing to do the work, here's what's out there right now for those who take the initiative and expect to do some work to earn the rewards of being self-employed. It can be done, and reading this book (it only takes 80 minutes or so) will save you hours of frustrating casting around the Net, looking for something...With a zippy style, this is a fun read - and could be a life-changer for you! Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants, or needs, to earn from home.

Solid advice & helpful resources abound!!! Ideas and companies that have not been over covered by other books in this realm

This is a self help book that I assumed to be full of lists!I read it cover to cover, and I'm amazed at the wealth of that is packed into this little book. From digital to practical tips, this book has it all, and I like the author's honesty in only listing jobs that she has personal experience with, or close collaborators have added their experience, as well as what jobs to steer clear of. From cake making, to running a salon, to becoming a publisher or an author, or simply jumping onto fiverr to offer your services, this book will surely spark ideas or get you started. I loved the real life stories as well, it makes it so real.

I really liked this book and I don't say this lightly, as I have my own business helping people make money doing what they love...often times this comes in the form of crafting a work from home plan or starting their own business as Ashley also suggests. Ashely offers tips on methods and companies that I have not seen overused in this world (and I've read a lot lately about work from home models). She gives solid advice, very useful resources and honest opinions about what works and doesn't work.

This is a great book for someone looking for real work at home jobs and want help avoiding the scams. I really wish I had this book when my son was born so I could have earned an income without leaving him in daycare. He's older now and this isn't an issue for me but I would still like to earn a little extra cash on the side. There were a few options in this book I plan to look into for a little extra spending money. This book gets a big thumbs up from me!

This book will be an extraordinary aid to those looking to work from home. The author gives her view of a lot of ways to earn a living from home, including a fair look at the pro's and con's of each of them. She endorses some and warns about others. The book also delves into how to set up a home office and other tasks important to working from home that can be easily overlooked.

So many people want to be able to work from home, but we have a hard time knowing which ones are scams and which aren’t. In this book, Ashley Emma points out how to pinpoint the scams and which jobs are the best for people who don’t even have degrees.

This book is very well written and easy to follow for anyone serious about working from home.

There is so much junk to wade through online when looking for real job opportunities that can be done from home. The author does a really good job of laying out several honest, productive ways to earn money from home. This book has lots of real-life testimonials and some good info on each opportunity to think about when deciding which legit job is for you.

Wanting to work from home? Then Ashley Emma's book Legit Work-At-Home-Jobs: A Quickstart Guide to 22+ Jobs and Business Ideas with Links to Help You Get Started is EXACTLY what you need! In her book, she takes you through some of her mistakes as she tried navigating the Work-From-Home waters for the first time, hoping that you can then avoid her mistakes plus what to watch out for with scams. Then comes my favorite part - she lists various jobs and employers plus where to contact them! She talks about jobs such as Proofreading, Editing, Social Media Management, Direct Sales and various forms of writing - Ghostwriting, Blogging, or actual books. She tells you what is required to work in that industry and how to get approved or certified if needed as well so you can avoid wasting your time. The end of the book actually walks you through how to be successful working from home. Things from getting up early and being ready for the day at a consistent time to how to set up your business properly.

Since I am in search of a home-based job, the timing could not have been better for me to read Ashley's book. She has saved me both time and money and I know I have now narrowed down the perfect jobs, all thanks to reading her book. It is easy to follow and a fast read. Stop wasting time and pick up a copy today!!

This is another book that I got a chance to read and that I'm honored to give another review on from Ashley Emma. Hoping to be an aspiring author myself, I have, for the past 2yrs, been looking for ways to enhance my writing &

establish some noted success (while making some cash on the side of course). Ideas that I'm going to try out

This is a quick, easy read and I found it very helpful. Not only is there a great deal of advice on the work-from-home options available today, with advice based on the author's personal experience, but it also gives information on courses available and how to organise your work-from-home environment. It ends with some informative and encouraging case studies. I’m writing a book at present, but I need some income while I get it to publishing status and there are some ideas here that I’m going to look into very seriously. Hope to be a case study in the second edition!
